Room setup: Rows of different businesses will be set up in the ball room with a main stage in the north. There will be different businesses showcasing their products and ideas at each booth and showcased on the main stage.
Audio visual: projector screen, live feed, microphones, Stage lighting
Menu: champagne tasting, Wine testing, Entree & Appitizers
Timing of events: 9-12: Specific Chefs and Wine sellers will be going up on stage to showcase their products.
