To do this we have put many policies and procedures into place that our employees follow and discreetly make sure the guests adhere to as well. This helps to protect everyone in our hotel from danger, and ensure guest experience is at the level it should be.
Second is service. We give personalized, quality service to each and every guest present in our hotel at all times. We will never let a request fall through the cracks, we will never take shortcuts, and we will always give the absolute best service possible whether you are three or ninety-three.
Following Service, we have integrity. We treat each guest with the respect, courtesy, and sincerity they deserve. We believe that every guest is special, and we should never let them feel anything less. Service and integrity go hand in hand, in the sense that we integrate both of these into each guest’s stay by taking each guest’s request seriously, and doing our best to fulfill it.
Last on our list is exhibition. Even though this is last, it is still just as important as the rest, and is held in high esteem. Exhibition is how our employees keep up the image, beauty, and classiness of the hotel’s theme. We do this so that our guests will become immersed in the experience of Le Classique, and return year after year to get lost in Paris once again.
