Investor Request: CrossFit Gym
Our hotel is proud to offer a fully-staffed CrossFit Gym to our valued guests. For an additional $7.00 per night, per guest, we offer CrossFit classes three times a day (7:30 a.m., 6:30 p.m., 8:30 p.m.) Monday through Friday, and open mat space every day from 8:30 in the morning until 6:30 in the evening. We are even open on holidays!
We plan to be succesful in this request by offering two levels of classes, one for beginners and one for advanced students, as well as individually-based training sessions that can be scheduled ahead of time with one of our experts. Call 1-800-721-0519 to make an appointment!
Open Mat Training Hours:
Every Day 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Beginner Classes:
Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. & 8:30 p.m.
Advanced Classes:
Monday-Friday 6:30 p.m.
The CrossFit Gym will require four staff members during operating hours:

Gym Manager - This staff member will be in charge of all Guest questions and concerns. He or she will sit at the front desk of the gym, answer the phone, ensure that all classes are running promptly and smoothly, and be the management figure for other staff members to rely on.

Class Instructors/Trainers - There will be one instructor per class throughout the day. All three instructors will be trained to teach each level, and will follow a rotating schedule that defines who will teach the morning class, and who will be responsible for the evening classes. When the instructors are not teaching, they will be scheduled to see Guests that request individual training sessions.
The cost to use our CrossFit gym is a flat-rate of $7.00 per Guest, per day that will be added to the Guest's room balance. This cost covers the staffing expenditures and gym cleaning costs. This rate was factored using information from other CrossFit gyms and their admission fees, as well as a supply-and-demand analysis conducted on prospective hotel Guests.
Before entering the CrossFit Gym, Guests will be asked to fill out and sign a Waiver. The Gym Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all Guests have filled out their waivers, and that all Guests under the age of 18 are accompanied by a legal guardian.
