Room setup: Different stands with a runway in the middle of the room. The runway will come out of a stage and a podium for the presenter.
Audio visual: projector screen, projector, microphone, speakers for the runway.
Timing of events: 9 a.m.- 7 p.m. dress fitting. 12 p.m. runway show.
