
Recognition Plan
At Le Classique, we strive to have high employee
retention, which is why we choose the best ways to
recognize and appreciate our associates. We have
three separate levels of recognition for all associates
to use.
The first is a peer-to-peer recognition. It’s a very
simple and easy method to ensure all small acts of greatness are appreciated. During pre- and post- meetings at the specific line of business level, our associates are given the opportunity to recognize their peers for their great work. We record these messages and enter them into a drawing. Each month, a name is drawn and a small prize is given out.
The second is management recognition. A manager or supervisor can see an associate doing something great, or going above and beyond, they can recognize this employee with a Superb Card. We hope to give the feeling of accomplishment and appreciation with these cards. If you are awarded enough of them, you can turn them into prizes.
Our final level of recognition is a resort wide award. These monthly awards are given to associates who went above and beyond in all aspects of their jobs. We hope these monthly awards inspire our associates to do the best job possible. In a monthly award, an associate is awarded a certificate of appreciation, a small prize, and if they chose to it can be posted in public back areas.
