
Guest With Special Needs Plan

At Le Classique, we take great pride in the personalized service we offer each Guest that walks through our doors. We also understand that every guest that walks through our doors carries with them something that makes them unique from every other guest in the resort, and we want to honor thatuniqueness in every way possible.
Le Classique offers a variety of accommodations for Guests with special needs. For example, in both ofour pool areas, we offer ramps and chair lifts for Guests that require wheelchairs. We also take greatcare in displaying the rules of the pool so as to make sure the area is safe and fun for all Guests.In our restaurants, we have many offerings to accommodate all types of Guests. We offer menus inmultiple languages, as well as translators on site to make ordering and paying more comfortable foreveryone. We also offer braille menus for those that need it. We accommodate Guests with allergies as well, showing ingredients listed in all food products, as well as having offerings for those Guests withcommon allergies such as peanuts, tree nuts, soy, gluten, and dairy. We have trained many of our employees on how to handle allergies such as this, so as to avoid cross contamination, and we take care to have a personal interaction with each Guest regarding their dietary needs. In addition to this, we offer many handicapped parking spots, tables, and ordering queues for those Guests that are unable to walk or stand, or utilize wheelchairs for other such reasons.
Our entire resort offers accommodations across the property for those with special needs. From
handicapped parking spaces outside, to 100 handicapped accessible rooms, we make sure every Guest has exactly what they need, and that includes our Guests’ furry friends. For those Guests with service animals, we offer a full service pet facility and park area to take care of our animals. Le Classique is more than happy to accommodate Guests with service dogs, ponies, birds, cats, and many other species upon special request. We will even take care of the animal for periods of the Guest’s stay if that is what they wish. This service is not open to pets however, as we have a limited amount of space for these furry friends of ours. We do offer a select number of rooms reserved especially for Guests with service animals, but Le Classique is not considered to be a pet friendly resort. Le Classique would like each and every Guest to know that we will always make special accommodations for them, because it is our goal to make your stay the best you’ve ever had, and make you want to come back year after year.
Le Classique already offers many accommodations, but there is always room for improvement. We will never turn Guest away due to their disability, and we hope that none of our potential guests are discouraged from staying here due to their disability.
We’d like to make it known on top of all this, however, that we take every Guest’s safety very seriously. In each room, our Guests will find escape routes both for fires and weather emergencies, as well as numbers for all local law enforcement and emergency responders in case they should ever need these services. We also offer suggestions on how to plan your day so as to have the most fun in the safest way possible, without anyone getting hurt or lost along the way. We understand that being on vacation can be more difficult that it sounds, and we want to make every Guest’s stay as seamless as possible.
At Le Classique, we offer anything your heart desires, whether it’s a need or a want. Our Guests will
always feel well cared for, and ready to come back at the end of their stay. Service is our top priority,
and where would we be if we didn’t consider each Guest’s uniqueness during their stay here?
